“I am honored to have had two of my works accepted in the Biennial Juried Art Exhibition of the West Virginia History and Culture. On Sunday afternoon, I was thrilled to receive one of the three “Governor’s Awards” at the opening of the show in Morgantown at the University’s new museum facility. The show will run through February 11th, after which “Shell Form 45″ will become a permanent part of the collection at the West Virginia State Museum in Charleston.”  Bruce Fransen
